C.J. has over 34 years in Federal, Local and Military Law Enforcement, he is a retired United States Secret Service Agent, has held a position as a Police Offer I for Arlington County PD, in Arlington, VA and is a decorated United States Army Veteran-Chief Warrant Officer III. C.J. brings his many years of experience to our education team, plus he holds a Masters in Public Administration from Norwich University with a concentration in Public Safety / Crisis Management, is a Master Firearms Instructor, a Texas LTC Instructor, and NRA Instructor and an International Association Law Enforcement Firearm Instructor. He is a Certified Armorer (Beretta, Glock, Springfield Armory), a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) and Class 3 Dealer. C.J. also is a nationally registered Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and an American Heart Association Basic Life Support (CPR/AED) Instructor. He is a valuable resource for protection and safety, properly and legally.

C.J. has a passion to empower and safeguard civilians, as well as law enforcement. His primary purpose is to afford civilians the ability to be able to learn the necessary skills needed to safeguard themselves, their families and those around them, if they so choose.

There is also much needed supplemental training to local, state, federal, and military law enforcement personnel to provide them the ability to safeguard themselves in harm's way on our behalf to address threats, both foreign and domestic.
