1:1 Coaching for Leadership

Service Description

15-1 hour sessions, additional hours $100/hour This 1:1 coaching is recommended to truly create and support long-term culture change. The purpose of this coaching is to significantly raise the standards by which we judge and measure leaders. You will be asked to assess yourself honestly, ask others for advice, make difficult choices, and change ineffective behaviors. You will be provided simple, powerful, practical, strategies and tools to help lead ANY industry. It offers frameworks, worksheets, questions, and assessments that will help you clarify your thinking, expand your skills, and get better responses from your team.
