THE DEFINITION IS:

A relatively small group of people, especially one commonly discriminated against in a community, society, or nation, differing from others in race, religion, language, or political persuasion:

Most common minority groups are supported by rules & regulations that help support and create opportunities in business, education and living conditions. These categories include, but are not limited to:

  • Disabilities

  • Veteran

  • Race

  • Gender

  • Small Business

  • Historically Underutilized Business
