Clarence has over 34 years law enforcement experience at the Federal, Local, and Military levels.  He recently retired as a Senior Special Agent, United States Secret Service; was previously a Police Officer with the Arlington County PD, Arlington, VA; and is a highly decorated United States Army veteran, namely Chief Warrant Officer III.  Clarence’s vast years of experience bolsters our education team, plus he holds a Masters in Public Administration with a concentration in Public Safety / Crisis Management from Norwich University, Northfield, VT.  His cadre of instructors provide specialized instruction based upon their individual skill sets.

Clarence’s many certifications, but not all inclusive include: Master Firearms Instructor, Texas DPS LTC Instructor, multi-discipline NRA Instructor, and member of the International Association of Federal Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors.  He is a certified Armorer (Beretta, Glock, and Springfield Armory), a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) and Class 3 dealer.  His tactical and technical expertise is complemented by him being a nationally registered Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and American Heart Association Basic Life Support Instructor.

Clarence’s passion is to empower the general public to safeguard themselves, their families, and those around them, if they so chose.  He embodies providing law enforcement with the supplemental skills necessary to safeguard themselves, each other, and those that they are entrusted to protect and serve.
